Notes
Tom and one of the auditors when to the village to see kibo work in the village. Tom and the committee members took him to the borehole, he saw the borehole functional and he was impressed by the idea of the borehole wall fence. He promised to take the idea to his home village as well. He later held a short meeting with the water user committee members and asked them how kibo has influenced them. Most of those who spoke, spoke highly of kibo especially through the Mvule program, how their sanitation and hygiene has improved in the village, they also spoke of the new well and how now the village has enough water. He appreciated their participation and willingness to work with kibo and thanked them for their hospitality. From the meeting they moved around and also checked on some Mvule trees. He said he had visited the village before when the trees were just planted so he wanted to see some grown Mvule trees. Together we were able to see about 4 Mvule trees and he was very impressed and appreciated Kibo’s work in the village of kishaike
