- The meeting began with prayer that was led by the chairperson of the community Known as Saul.He also welcomed everyone for the meeting and encouraged them all to to participate during the meeting. Alex Walyomu told the community to work together as a community for development. There is need for them to get ready in their homes to receive the goats.The standard of all the kibo programs that were in the community to be maintained in their homes.Caring for goats is important because it will help to come up with good offsprings .He advised them to plant more trees than those that were given from Kibo Group. There some trees with leaves that can be fed by goats like back cloth trees. It is necessary as individuals to have grazing area for their goats. The goats should be one of uniting factors in the community development since that will help them to care for other projects regarding of economic activities in the community. Both Alexs led in the exercise of finishing updating the file for those that will receive the goats.The community members participated in identifying the person to qualify that meets the requirements. The community leaders were asked to check up with everyone to find out and encourage them to work on things that will help them to care for goats. The photos were good ,acceptable and attached on the member sheet.Alex B advised the community to continue meeting and come up with more ideas how to care for goats and help in community development.The next visit will involve home be home visits to check up on sanitation facilities and other requirements and also advise them where necessary.
