- Martin, Steven and Irane, were in Kitukiro, their intention was to check on the new hand washing construction, checking on the progress of the sanitation improvement, construction of the latrines, shower areas, dish racks, rubbish pits and to teaching the importance of using ash in their latrines. And Irane’s intention, was visiting the clinic in the village areas. In the homes, Martin and Steven walked in really the community members have worked hard on their new hand washing facilities and other sanitation facilities for example Matege Kayima, worked on their new hand washing stand and he plastered it, Saimon Alibawani, he worked on the new latrine and the new hand washing stand and it’s already plastered, Steven Taire, he worked on the new dish rack and the new hand washing stand, it’s also plastered, Sande Ogune, he worked on the new and strong dish rack and Jimmy Muyingo’ new latrine, it’s under construction. And the group was just appreciating the work of sanitation facilities going on in that community as well as the village. And encouraging the residents about the standards maintenance and the speed to complete that work, so that they can put much effort in their gardens. As kibo is still in that village, the group walked in 36homes.
