- Chris left jinja ti go to this village with the hope to pick the CDO from the subcounty office and then proceed gonthe village where he was meant to interract with community members but unfortunately the CDO cancalled his plan to travell to the community citing a very crucial meeting with the chief Administration officer, chris pleaded with him and said the community members requested to meet him to clarify them on government programs, how they will benefit from the on going parish model initiative where the government is giving 100 million shillings to every registered group in every parish and chris is hoping budumba will be one if the beneficiaries if they are fully registered and involving income generating activities. The CDO apologised for change in the program and promised to make it next week meanwhile chris proceeded to the village to report to them that the CDO could not make it and as well continue preparing them to meet the CDO next week, however chris and the community leaders agreed to continue guiding the community members to participate in income generating activities like saving .

Budumba village, despite the CDO not being able to meet the community members to guide them on community economic activities and community registration, the community members still showed that they are committed to work together for development.chris was there to encourage them and promised to go on with plan to invite the CDO to the community.
