Jeska went to Igerera A village to continue teaching participants how to practically build stoves. She removed banana stems from the previously built stove as she explained the whole process and then after asked the participants to smear the complete stove.
The community had also gathered all the materials for building a stove, I identified Madina as the next participants to receive a stove.
Kibo staff also worked with the participants to mix the dirt and grass at a ratio of 2:1, stamped the dirt and molded it . At the end of the day Kibo staff Jeska built the second stove in this village. During the process she asked the participants to be attentive, ask questions where they did not understand because the program targets to empower them with a skill to build stoves. Interestingly during the process there were two men that is Mathew and Fred who participated in cutting and shaping banana stems in the process of stove building.
