Notes
Suzan went back to the village to guide the members as they build stoves on their own. She arrived and found some of the young boys trying to build a stove for their grandparent who was also alittle blind. This was so interesting to see that day and one of the boys called Amuza who always kept around whenever other members were building stoves in the community, said that he was planning to begin building stoves at the neighboring villages in the future once once he mastered all the skills. However, he requested Suzan to guide and show him how the stems were properly cut and leveled because he had no idea how to take proper measurements. Suzan went ahead and showed amuza how to cut the banana stems together with his other two brothers. Later after, the boys with the help of other three group members stamped the dirt and built the stove with the guidance of Kibo staff. They thanked Suzan for the assistance promising to always practice building stoves for future perfection. Suzan also encouraged them to continue helping other vulnerable people in the village to improve on their facilities and building stoves for them.
