- Alex B .Met the Lc1 Mr.Wakudumire Sulaimani and the VHT Mr.Bazalika Frank to talk about the mvule program for the fast time.He introduced himself to them as he was from kibo Group. He told them the activities of mvule program mostly of planting trees. The program is to teach the community how to work as a group for development in their homes and as a group. He also told him that hygiene and sanitation in the homes of the participants will be core.
Alex continued and said,the community will learn that trees can be planted as most of them think that trees should just germinate by themselves.The culture of planting trees need to be taught to the people so they can practice it.The Lc1 was happy and welcomed the idea though he said that he could not decide as himself alone since there is the Lc1 committee.He told Alex.B that he was going to inform the rest of the members on the committee so that Alex meets them in the next meeting before the whole community members. The meeting will determine how the public will be mobilised by the Lc1 committee.The Chairperson Lc1 promised to work with kibo group since CLTS has helped the community in hygiene and sanitation program. The VHT says that he is happy for another program as CLTS has been active and hopes that also mvule will help the community.
