Keneth and Steven made a visit to kirwanire village with purpose of site survey suitable and fit for bore hole drilling.on arrival ,they called for a meeting to let the community members know the purpose and why they visited the community and also to emphasize on the general sanitation improvement of home ideal facilities . Chairman lc one of the community mr hamuza byogero welcomed all members who turned up for the meeting and thanked mr Steven ,Martin and Kibo at large for the trust and faith due to the Kibo works in the village and wished to have more of Kibo programs in the village. The chairman lc one and his cabinet,community members together with mr Charles and odong,the delegated surveyors from draco company,keneth,Steven,moved to the first site well agreed with the community and did the first survey operations.mr Charles later asked the community members together with chairman lc one to show the second and third sites for the next survey operations. After the first three sites , Charles asked them to show more three sites and after the survey operations on the 6 sites, the promising sites were point 1 and point 6 and two pegs were marked in these places . After peg marking, they called for an afternoon meeting to let the community members know of the survey results and which point sources were marked and also to ask them if these points are all agreed upon together as the community. Mr mukwata ,an elderly resident of community stood up and thanked Kibo for the generous donation and agreed to the sites marked and every one in the meeting attended seconded his thought. Later keneth asked the chairman of the village to help in the signing of the agreement form of draco company and they wished the community well and emphasized on sanitation improvements.
