Sinde as a village has only one borehole that has good water, this makes it hard to work for a while before breaking down. So what this community does is to lock the borehole for some hours go avoid break downs.

Notes
Ida went to Sinde to introduce and teach health lessons. Ida told the community what they will be learning and doing during her time in Sinde. They will be learning basic health lessons, bible lessons and developmental lessons. Ida told them that all the lessons will be covered in five-six months but will be meeting once a week. Ida requested the community to keep time because when they keep time, Ida starts her lessons early and leaves before dark. Kibo's goal is to see the community working together and helping their neighbours as they will learn from the story of the Good Samaritan. Kibo also wants the community to take ownership of their village. Ida added that No one will come from somewhere to help them , it has to start with them, from where they are and what they have. Ida started with the lesson about "Jesus Lord of everything " where she uses a story of an old woman who believed in her self and did something that no one could ever think of. Most times people don't believe in themselves which leads to fear of trying to do something. Ida told them that the story didn't only apply to women but men too. She added that bigger things and better things are done when united and together thus every body achieving more. The community asked if they will be rewarded with certificates after the lessons. Ida said that she doesn't give certificates but the knowledge remains with them as they put what they learn in practice. Some two people complained about the time but Ida bounced the ball back to them and they sorted the problem. The memory verse for the day was (This little light of mine am gonna let it shine)r
