- Alex B.met the members of the Lc1 committee and talked to them about mvule program .He told them some of the values of trees like firewood which is used for cooking food,building houses,making coffins and providing shade. He noted that none of them have ever planted trees and yet they benefit from trees.He told them that they will not only be planting trees but as they gather to learn, they can come up with other things which can lead them to development . The leaders bought the idea and said that their source of fuel for cooking is firewood and yet they do not replace the trees they do cut everyday.They agreed that they are all going to inform the community to attend the next meeting .The method they are to use is by the borehole caretaker as the go to collect water from the borehole, he will then pass on the communication from there.They also said some will go to the homes of people and inform them about the meeting of mvule program.
