- While in this village Chris and Alex walyomu decided to move to homes of members who received goats from kibo, the intention was to see the progress of the goats and how they are taking care of the goats as well. Following up the memners who receive the goats is very important in the mvule program curriculum because a sense of responsibility is instilled in the community members when they see kibo staff checking on them, they would fear selling off or misusing the goats because they know kibo staff will visit at any time therefore this trip was to cement the relationship between the community and kibo as the program prepares for self progress lessons, during this visitation members are made aware of the kibo intention to reduce trips meanwile tne community has to start preparing to sustain their projects on their own. Alex Walyomu and Chris moved to 25 homes of members who received the goats, they started with Mrs Scholastica’s home whi was feeding the goat as she monitored other health related issues, Mrs scholastica was very thankful for the veterinary doctor kibo group tpok to them, she said she used the tips doctor gave them to deworm the goats, build shelters and feeding them well and they are seeing the results, she informed Alex and Chris that they are forming grouos of six members to cont8nue monitoring the health of the goats and also contribute money for emergencies such as treating the goats. At the end of the exercise Alex and Chris observed total commitment by the community members to make sure the goats are serving their rightful purpose, this is because they were deworming the goats, feeding them well, building the shelters and consulting the doctor how to take care goats meanwhile Mr Sooka was happy that kibo follows up members whi received the goats, he said this will encourage the members to take care of goats since kibo will be following up at any time. Chris and Abraham will visit next week to introduce a new topic of self progress.

It was observed that the goats were very healthy and members are forming groups of six to monitor their health.
Nabituluntu village, esther of the daughters to Mrs Nabirye holding a goat she received from kibo, she was from feeding it. Mrs Nabirye gave her chikdren task of feeding her goat as she went to attend to her farm.
