- Martin and Steven were in Busene, their intention was to take the new borehole parts to repair the broken borehole in that community. So that they can enjoy clean water before Christmas break. But good enough, the kibo staff, reached at the village, when the local leaders and community members had already gathered at the borehole place, because they were called before living Jinja. They welcomed them in a happyness way, when they sow the new borehole parts. And in a short time, the local hand pump mechanic Mr Kabugo Patrick, also arrived at the borehole place and he was also appreciating the Kibo staff in that village. And in a short time, the work of fixing the broken borehole started, every one was so happy and the work was done on that day. After that the kibo staff and other local leaders, decided to walk around the village in few homes, to see if they are maintaining their new facilities, as they are told to do so. But good enough, in the seven homes they walked in, they are really maintaining them like smearing their houses, the main house, kitchens, latrines and shower areas. And on the borehole side Martin and Steven was just encouraging the residents to make their borehole clean like washing their jerrycans before pumping water.
