Notes
Harriet was in Butabira village to carry Out evaluation in the healthy and safe kitchen program to access the impact of the program to to the community. She reached 15 respondents whom she interviewed and recorded their findings. Interestingly most participants had smeared their home facilities , cooking on their stoves on a daily basis and said that the stoves has improved their marriage relationships whereby both husbands and wives now cook together, reduced firewood stress since the stove use 2-5 logs of fire unlike the traditional three open flames which use a lot of firewood.
