- Alex B taught about the benefits of trees to the community.He asked the community to give some of the benefits of trees and they gave some of them like; cooking,building and since the meeting was held under the tree, he told them that they can provide shade,work as wind beakers,furniture can be got out trees,and also for environmental protection,the leaves can be fed on animals during dry season,some trees bear fruits on them like oranges or mangoes, also out of trees we get timber which people can make boats that can be used for transportation of people and goods. The members who turned up for the meeting learnt a lot that can be got out of trees as benefits and welcomed the idea of planting trees.They also learnt that under the shade they seat and discuss many things that can help them to develop in their homes.
