Notes: Martin went to Budumba, his intention was to introduce hand washing in that Village as well as walking around the village to assess about home facilities and to see how weather they are still maintaining them. Good enough, he reached at the village, when the chairman LC1 was already waiting for him at the meeting place. He welcomed him in a happyness way, because he nows him very well. So the Chairman decided to bring the visitors for Martin to sign in, as he was still signing, the rain started raining. But his intention was to meet the village leaders like the chairman LC1 and his executive. But due to the heavy rain, he decided to meet with the Chairman LC1. He introduced hand washing program to the chairman, but he was so happy to hear about washing hand, because when Covid 19 entered Uganda, the fast policy for the government was washing hands, to prevent it. And Martin told him that they are going to have a hand washing triggering day. So Chairman told him thathe is willing to mobilize his executive committee members and the hall community members, to attend the hand washing triggering day.
