- Steven was in Buyange to introduce hand washing program and to walk around the village about the home facilities. He reached the village, when the local leaders was waiting for him at the meeting place. The chairman LC1 and his executive, was so happy to see Steven reporting to their village. They had an opening prayer by John lsabirye and they had a speak from the chairman of the village. In his speech, he was just welcoming Steven, because of the great work kibo done. Steven introduced hand washing program, the hall meeting was so happy to hear about washing hands. Steven told them about the hand washing triggering day, the hall meeting agreed on that.
