This time Suzan went to section C of the village and carried out a home to home visit in company of farida, rosemary and Helen.
They began walking home to home while briefly explaining to the community members about the healthy and safe kitchens program and requested them to attend the next coming lessons for more details. Although most members had good kitchens, they were found cooking on the three stones open flames stoves and their buildings were not smeared.
Both the women and men were so excited about the new program and promised to attend the lessons. Suzan observed that most homes were far apart from each other and yet the village was big making it hard for all the community members to keep gathering in one place for the program lessons.
Some of the women local leaders suggested that they form small groups for effective performance in the program implementation and Suzan agreed on the new ideas which will communicated in the coming meeting with all the members. She thanked the members she walked with for their time and wished them well.
