Notes: Keneth Visited kisimu village to check on the sanitation standards and improvement in the village after the last visit, He met with the chairman and VHT and made walks around the homes where he met mrs denis and they inspected the latrine which never had a wall structure and she explained that due to the weather ,they collected the necessary materials and they will build the next day,so keneth health educated them about the new hand washing stand and they promised to make it as they build the wall structure of the latrine. He also made walks to some residents where he checked on their houses as he encouraged them to smear them on the last visit and met some new houses that were smeared too. Due to the weather,he never made many walks since it was rainy but he rather talked to the chairman of the village,vice chairman and the VHT to continue checking on them tomorrow and link up on the next visit to share .
