- Tom made a visit to kalalu village to guide and supervise the construction of the borehole wall fence. On arrival, he found when the committee members and the builders were waiting at the borehole site. Tom briefed the builders about the whole procedure. They started by digging a trench around the borehole slab on which concrete mix was poured. After curing, the construction with the bricks started. Tom left when he had guided and advised them on the process, dimensions and proper cement sand ratio. Tom assigned the committee members the responsibility to see that the builders follow the right procedures and use the proper mixing rations as suggested by Tom. The committee members promised to take full responsibility and supervise accordingly. Tom also advised the builders to call Tom in any situation they need guidance.

- 2022-02-02 - Purpose: To check on the construction of the borehole wall fence and advise accordingly. Tom will also hold a meeting with the committee members about the commissioning of the borehole
