Chris went with the district veterinary doctor of Namutumba district, Mr Joseph Waluube because at the stage of caring for goats Kibo invites the doctor to give goats’ health and care tips to the community, this is done to ensure the sustainability and high survival rate of the goats. Since it was a Valentine’s Day , chris thought the community would not attend but thanks for the mobilization by the community leaders, 40 households were represented in the meeting. During the meeting the veterinary doctor emphasized on three goats’ health and care tips which included deworming, feeding and sheltering. The community members were very happy for the tips given by Mr Waluube Joseph , the community chairperson Mrs Norah thanked Kibo for inviting government officials like the veterinary doctor to their community, she said Kibo has bridged a gap between the community and the government. The chairman Mr David musodo thanked Kibo for this lesson and encouraged the community to follow the tips they have given them.
