Abraham met Kazimbakujira community members at corner bar one of the three points they decided have meetings. This is a place where the vice LC1 chairperson Mr Filister John comes from. They went Mr John to check the stove of Mrs Rose and they found her using it. Abraham encouraged her to continue teaching the new members who did not have a chance to get. They went to meeting point and they discussed about community economic project whereby they want to buy a tent which will help them and also get some revenue by renting it to some members. Mr Filister John the LC1 vice chairperson told the meeting that they have suggested to buy a tent but as Kibo advised them to include the all community, he said that he is hopeful that the new members will join them. He also said that there somethings the new members have to do like contributing for renewing their certificate, saving scheme and hygiene and sanitation. They are now going to give a chance for the new members but there things they need just to join like contributing for re- registering the community. Mrs Kiza Rose said that she learnt how to make stoves and this time she will be charging thirty thousand shillings for those who want them because of her time she will take making it. Some ladies told her to reduce the charges to twenty thousand shillings for each stove she will be making. The new members agreed to join the community for registering the group, buying plastic chairs but with savings some have been in many other saving scheme and it may be difficult to save with the all community because of their income. Some women who had not been meeting asked if they can they be involved in the program because their husbands are working in Bugiri town and time for meetings can not favorable for them. Abraham encouraged the new members to join the all community in whatever they are doing because Kibo wants them to change their community and that is achieved by working together. He told them to continue meeting as a community so that they can discuss things which will make a difference in their community. The vice chairperson LC1 Mr John Filister encouraged the women to be involved in the program but they need to know everything they are doing, he added that they come once for a while in the meeting not every meeting day. He told them that they are now going to meet the group which meets at Kazimbakujira center called Bugeso.

2022-02-18 - Purpose: To continue discussing about community economic project with the members at Bugeso meeting point with new members.
