Notes
Tom made a visit to kalalu village to deliver the land agreement copies to the chairman, the land owner and the water user committee members. He first passed by the district to pick up the land agreements from the district water officer. He found when he had not yet signed and stamped them. Tom waited until the Land agreements were signed and stamped. After waiting a while for that exercise, he was give the signed and stamped copies of the land agreements by the district water officer. One copy stayed with the district water officer for records at the district. Tom photocopied copies of the land agreement. He later drove to the village. At this point it was raining. Tom arrived in the village safely. He took shelter from the rain at one of the committee members homes Mr Mulega. As time passed when it was raining, Tom asked the committee member if it would be fine for him to deliver the copies to the other people the chairman and the land owner. Mr Mulega accepted and said it was safe. Tom emphasized the safety of the land agreements as well as continued emphasis in caring for the borehole. Mr Mulega and other committee members present said, they will always do their best to protect their borehole. They said they were very proud That everyone admires their borehole.
