Abraham met Kazimbakujira community members to discuss about community economic project. As soon as he reached the chairperson of the community Mr Luke Sharply said that there is a community member called Ndombi Nickson has been telling other community members not to come to the meeting because Kibo takes photos to go and sell them, he said that he works in Tororo town but he came back home and he is around. Abraham asked him if they can go and met him and he said it is okay because he will be leaving on Monday for work. They went with some community members and found him at a shop and the chairperson Mr Luke Sharply started by introducing Abraham to him. Mr Sharply told him that they have been hearing that he is telling members not to come for the meeting because Kibo takes photos and go sell them and that is why he has brought a Kibo member to discuss with him. The guy first looked confused and he tried to deny but the LC1 chairperson Mr Papa Alfred also confirmed that he heard from some members that is telling them not to come for meetings. Abraham told him that the photos they take is to prove to the government and donors what is going on in the village. He reminded him about Kibo drilling a well but hit dry, the government was aware and the donors were also aware and welcomed him to the next meeting to show that he is together with the community program. The guy apologized and said that he would come in next meeting but because of work he is doing he will arrange the other week after next week. Then they came to the meeting where they found some few members and discuss about community economic project which is buying a tent and plastic chairs. They are welcoming the new members to join them in contributing for renewing their certificate. They said that members are contributing and they hope that by next month they will be able to go and renew their certificate. Abraham will be meeting the lower members who meet at Vincent’s home to continue discussing about community economic project.
