Tom wasn’t to the district of Namutumba to meet with the district water officer to get the data about the Kisimu borehole. Tom made the decision to visit the district because the district water officer had failed to sent the information as promised. When Tom reaches the district, the district water officer was not present at the district so Tom briefed his assistant about the need fr data about the Kisimu borehole. At that point the assistant district water officer offered to help by going through some of the files he could set his eyes on in the office. Tom kept insisting that the file was there because some of the information Tom was given earlier was from the file for the Kisimu borehole. After a while trying to look for the file and wit many failed attempts to reach the district water officer by phone, Tom and the assistant district officer reviewed the old data that the district water officer first shared with Tom in order to get some answers based on that data. The Assistant district water officer was able to come up with some answers based on the available data shared before. He also promised to continue looking for the file and once found, he would share that information as well.
