Notes
The meeting began with prayer and the chairperson of the group gave a welcome remarks to all the members of the group. He talked about the the project the group is doing that is the garden of maze and soybean. He asked the members to attend to their garden as well as provide security to their project. Alex B thanked them for turning up for the meeting and gave a report to the members about the man who sold his wifes goat that was given to them by Kibo. The husband accepted to have sold the goat and regretted of the act he did and asked the members to forgive him. He said that he will never do it again. The wife known as Namugwere Beatrice reported that her husband was unable to come and apologize before the members as he was sickly. She said that he is sorry and that he will never do the same thing or of its nature since what is for her is for the family. AlexB asked the members to draft a document that can help the group incase another scenario like this comes up again. For example; if one is married to sign it so as to safeguard what is given to them as couples in their family. Incase the couple sells the goat, they are responsible to the group for their actions. He also reminded them to keep their homes clean and also their goats to be kept in a clean environment so as to keep them healthy. He also told them to work together so as to achieve their goals.r
