- Notes
- Tom made a visit to the district to discuss about the new villages for borehole repairs and drilling. Tom wanted to confirm from the district the villages they have allocated kibo so that there is no duplication of work in the same area as well as for better allocation of resources. This was also prompted by a visit Tom made to one of the villages that the district had allocated kibo but to find out during the visit that the district was converting the borehole to a production well.
During the meeting, both parties agreed that they wait till kibo finalizes fully with its budget of the year and the district was also to determine their boreholes for the year and their location before final conclusions could be made.
During the visit, Tom was able to also push for the data on the Kisimu borehole in the trading center and by the time Tom left the district, the borehole number had been gotten and only looking into the records was remaining to determine the capacity and other details to the well.
