Notes
Harriet went to Kalalu to introduce the healthy and safe kitchens program to the community. It did not take place due to poor attendance as a result of the rain that rained that morning. When she arrived , she decided to walk around the homes to re mobilize members for the meeting but did not find them because they were busy in their gardens gardens planting crops after a couple of months with out rains . Later own a few members turned up for the meeting who came from only one section of the village( around the borehole), they also came late . Harriet probed to find out why other had not turned up for the meeting and it was realized that the village comprise six sub villages which needed to be fully represented.the few members who turned up for the meeting agreed to walk with kibo staff during the next meeting carry out a door to door in he village on 30/03/2022 especially in those homes that did not turn up for the meeting. Change the next community meeting to the center of the village( Kalalu primary school) and the date for the community meeting to be 6/04/2022.It was also agreed that during the door to door mobilization , participants will be told of the meeting date and venue. They will divide themselves into two groups to reach at least two sub villages that day. Kibo staff thanked the participants for having come up with this solution, she requested them to team up with kibo staff during the door to door mobilization so that they can reach many people and create an impact for the visit.
