- Alex B discussed with the community members about one of the activities as income project.It was about saving and loan scheme.He also before the meeting with the community members had home to home to see how the tree were planted by the community from Kibo Group. When he arrived,he found Zaina the chairperson of the community at her home. She told him as she is to go to the sub county to get ground nuts for some members that applied from the government. She handed him to the Lc1 James and other community leaders. They all started checking with people that were given trees to plant and advise them where necessary.The trees given out were mvule, musizi and mangoes.The planting was done as they were taught .The trees seen are doing good . It was noted that others lacked cadges around them for protection. He advised them always to see that trees are protected from being destroyed. The meeting was chaired by the Lc1 James since the chairperson of the community was absent. The Lc1 informed the community as the chairperson was absent but wished them a good meeting.The community thanked Kibo Group for the tree seedlings that was given to them. Alex B thanked the community for planting the trees.He told them the finding from home to home.The trees were healthy but lacked cadges around them for protection. The community was asked to find better ways how to manage and improve the saving and loan scheme. This is so far the activities they have started as community though some community community have not yet joined.Alex B encouraged the community leaders to mobilize others members that have not joined they to do it .It will be better community members to benefit from the saving and loan scheme.
