- Diana went to Bulyowa to continue with her home visits as she mobilized the community to attend the lessons in the next visit. As usual most of the people were in the gardens. Diana talked to them and they promised to be there in the next lesson. During her visits, Diana came across the family of Nangobi, Mutesi and their children. This family was happy and Mutesi said that the joy Diana sees, is because of community empowerment lessons. She thanked Diana and told her that she no longer fights with her husband, she mentioned this as Nangobi laughed, saying indeed Mutesi no longer fights with her husband. Nangobi thanked Diana for the great work done in their community of Bulyowa. She went ahead to say that everyone in the community attests of Kibo programs in their community. The community of Bulyowa has greatly been transformed. Indeed Diana noticed a lot of transformation in this this community, as she kept checking on the hygiene, she discovered that most of the people in this community have pit latrines, they have embraced the hand washing facilities and their homes are clean. Husbands and wives are living in harmony with their children. Diana thanked the community members she met for putting community empowerment lessons into practice. She told them that in next visit, they should keep time. They agreed and said that they will be there. This is because they will have finished planting.
