- Chris and Alex bamulumbye went to this community to take the community through the discussions on how to take care of trees they planted, this is done because Kibo wants the community to take full responsibility of the trees and embrace tree planting, it is also done to reduce the rate at which trees dry or die . While in this community, chris and bamulumbye Alex talked about mulching , pruning , watering, spraying, caging trees, applying fertilizers and planting trees where there is enough sunlight. The community was encouraged to go back in their homes and apply what they have learnt. Chris and Alex bamulumbye then went to Mr Isiko Patrick (the nearest home )to demonstrate how to take care of the tree for everyone to understand, they build a cage around the tree and applied manure, the community members where very thankful for the lessons because they have been wondering why their trees dry up and don’t grow well, the chairperson said she will start going around the community to ensure members put what they have learnt into practice. In conclusion the community learnt why they prune trees, why they have to apply fertilizers, why they have to plant trees where there is enough sunlight and why they have to spray and when to spray, Chris and Alex bamulumbye will go back to this community for tree inspection to check on how the community planted trees.
