- Chris went to this community to conclude the process of updating the community register and album as well, the register and album are documents Kibo follows as they distribute goats to the community, last week 35 community members updated their names and photos, the community has 96 homes which are supposed to receive goats, chris has to make sure every home or member updates their names and photos as well . At this stage every members gives the number of trees they have planted since Kibo came to the community, their contacts, ensure the right spellings of their names and signatures. While in the community, 61 community members including 24 men and 37 women came for the meeting, the process took a long time because Chris had to work on the community members one at a go. At the end of the process the 61 community members had registered and updated which means Chris has updated the names and photos of all the 96 household members in the community register and album as well, chris will follow this register as he conducts home to home visits to establish the requirements to receive goats next week.
