- They have maintained the standards of hygiene and sanitation,all the homes and latrins are smeared. All the bathrooms are roofed which makes it different than other communities.

- The community has kept their well in a very good condition. They have not had any problems with their borehole so far.

- Bible Lesson 2: Jesus Lord of everything

- Ida went to Sinde and taught a bible lesson " Jesus Lord of everything ".Ida asked if the community knew what a storm was, Adikini explained very well what a storm was. She said it was passing through hardships and they all agreed. Ida told a story from the book of Luke 8:22-25.
She asked the community what storms they go through;
They listed a long list as follows: poverty,sickness,lack of school fees,theft, adultery Ignorance, domestic violence etc.
Ida said that every one has all these storms as listed above and asked them to look at some of the storms passed through by some bible characters.
They read from Luke 8:40-55. Here two people were healed immediately, one was raised from death and another was healed from bleeding. We see how Jesus has power over sickness and death. She urged that if everyone puts all their trust in God alone all our storms will calm down.
Nekesa Topirista gave a testimony how the witch doctors took her money,goats and chickens but the sickness never healed, when she went to the church to be prayed for, the preacher advised her to go to the hospital as soon as possible. She went and and she was found with tuberculosis which was treated and she now is very fine and the medicine was for free!.Ida advised if anyone falls sick,let them go to the hospital not to witch doctors.
The memory verse for the day was Luke 8:48.
