Notes
Martin went to Kagulu village to check on the hygiene and sanitation improvement in the upper section of the centre. Martin walked around that section with the Chairman LC1 and the two VHT's, Martin and the group were so happy to see that other community members have worked so hard to construct the strong latrines in their homes. Also they went to those homes where Tom went the previous visit, and were so happy to see that those communities have worked hard on their facilities like; latrines, drying racks, bath rooms, rubbish pits and their kitchens. Martin and the group were encouraging the community's to smear their latrines, bath rooms, kitchens and the main houses to make their homes and their village clean. The Chairman LC1, the sanitation committee and the community members were just appreciating the work of Kibo in Kagulu village. Martin and the group walked in 29 homes. After that Martin left the village.
