Notes
Tom found when the committee members and the builders of the hand washing stands have constructed more then 21 stands. Tom encouraged them to continue encouraging residents to buy the cement and construct the stands. Tom reminded the committee members that only those who construct the stands get the jerican. Tom was also encouraged to see that some members have also started to improve on their latrines and for so,e to build even new ones.
