Notes
From Ituba Namalowe Tom headed to Nabikenge village where he found committee members working on hand washing stand construction for community residents. Tom and Mr Isabirye moved on the upper section where Mr Isabirye was distributing jericans to homes that have the stands while Mr Dan was constructing for some residents the hand washing stands. In one home, Tom and Mr Isabirye found Mr Dan constructing the stand for one resident who was eagerly waiting for her jerican. Mr Isabirye gave her the jerican and she was happy. Many other homes visited had jericans on their stands and Tom encouraged them to wash their hands every after using the latrine. In one family Tom asked a group of children the value of the jerican and they all said they use it for washing their hands after the latrine
