- Alex B had planned to discuss with the community members about economic projects/activities but he ended up advising the community how to care for their trees. This was after he had arrived, some of the members requested him to look at their trees and continue to advise them where necessary as some trees are growing wild since it was raining a lot. It was necessary to address the call and need as it was presented. He checked with David who planted more trees than others because he has a big land and has interest in planting them. He planted mvule and musizi. People like David planted his trees quite a distance from the meeting place. Alex B also checked with other community members to see how the trees were doing. It is rainy season and most of them are growing wild that needs pruning. It is not that they were not taught how to care for them but as they grow a lot happens. He spent a lot of time that will have been used for a meeting to attend to need of how they should raise their trees. After checking with some of the community members about their trees and advising them ,it was already running late and threatening to rain and he decided to reschedule a meeting with them next time as he will communicate to the chairperson.
