Notes
Jeska and Tape were in Mpumiro village to continue guiding participants as they buid stoves on their own . This time they found the participants busy stamping the dirt to build stoves. They tasked the participants to build a stove as they watched them. They tried except they the banana stem for the cooking pot to sit on was very tall and this resulted into the stove being too big and this would require a lot of firewood for food to get ready. Kibo staff corrected their mistakes by reducing the size of the banana stems and leveled the stove. After they also taught participants how to remove banana stems from the previously two built stoves. They also thanked the participants for having tried and encouraged them to keep on practicing because practice makes perfect because Kibo targets to ensure that they learn how to build stoves on their own in order to build for themselves and scale out to the neighboring communities which will help them to earn some money.
