- Steven went to Kagulu, to check on the the hand washing stands constructions. And guiding the residents on standards constructions. According to the rain season, they are working on their new hand washing stands construction.. he walked around the village with the local leaders encouraging and guiding the residents about the standards, maintaining and the speed, to complete the sanitation facilities program. They walked around the village in 25homes.
