- Keneth visited kisimu village to check on homes that are constructing their latrines more so in the trading center section and also guiding residents on construction methods and standards in the lower section on facilities like dish racks , latrines, showers , and hand washing stands. Keneth arrived at the chairman’s place and asked to meet with the sanitation and lc1 committee where they made walks together guiding on residents in the lower section of the village and visited mr Alex zibondos wife who was categorized OD and on this subsequent visit , she had provide her self with the latrine and promised to build the hand washing facility soon. The group further visited more homes guiding, emphasizing on proper usage of all home ideal facilities like proper usage of hand washing facilities to be used in washing hands after visiting the latrine instead of poring water in Kibo jerrycans and leave it there till sun set .The go up also emphasized on proper usage of dish’s racks to be laid on utensils to dry by our natural sunlight rather than laying on produce to dry. The team met mr landa who had built his new wash facility and laid bricks to elevate walls of his latrine structure over a firm slab that was set a few days and later the t3am had to meet together athe the chairman’s place to discuss observations in the field and make some way forward.
