Notes
Martin went to Ituba Namalowe, to meet with the water user committee, especially the borehole caretaker, to discuss with them on how to get, the rest of residents who are lagging behind on hand washing. And come up with a solution to get the remaining residents on board, to get the standards needed for hand washing. Good enough, he had a meeting with the chairman LC1, caretaker, and one of the sanitation committee member. In that meeting, they decided that, they are going to walk around the village, in those homes who are lagging behind to work on their new hand washing stands, to continue encouraging to work on them and to increase the speed, so that they can do other things. And all of them agreed on that. After that, the hall group moved around the village, to check on those who have constructed, to weather they maintaining the stands, jerrycans and using them. Good enough, in the homes, the group walked in on that day, the big number of homes have worked on the hand washing stands and they are using them, as i have shown you in the pictures. And those homes who are lagging behind to work on the hand washing stands, they told the group that they are going to work on them and they willing to do it.and the group walked in 26homes.
