Martin and Jake went to Namulu, to check on the sanitation and hygiene improvement through the construction of sanitation facilities like latrines, dish racks, shower areas etc And to check on facility maintenance. They first walked around the village as well as checking facility constructions and maintenance. Even if it’s a rain season, residents are busy working in their gardens but they also working on their facility maintenance and others are working on their new home facilities like latrines, dish racks, shower areas etc. and Jake was so happy and excited to see new things like the home facilities, which he have never seen in his life. And the village, was also happy and excited, to receive a visit from U S A. The group walked around the village in 30homes, because they are close to each other, showing Jake the new home facilities. After that, they had a brief meeting with the community members but the tern up was not okay due to the rain season, but they came. But good enough, everyone was just happy, to receive the new visitor to their village. And they was appreciating the work of kibo in their community as well as the village.

2022-05-23 - Purpose: To continue encouraging the residents on their new home facilities.
