- Steven went to Budumba, to check on the hand washing improvements and to prepare the village on hand washing evaluation. He walked around the village with the local leaders checking and encouraging the residents about especially hand washing stands. But others have worked and others are still working on them. So Steven and the local leaders was just encouraging the residents about the standards and maintenance on their home facilities like latrines, dish racks, kitchens, shower areas and mostly hand washing stands.
