Notes
Alex B,Spencer,Joshua and two members of the group went to the garden of maize and soybean to see how it is doing. The weeding was done by all the members and it was reported that it was done within one day.The maize and soybean are looking good though it is soon requiring the second weeding. The second thing that was noted is that their is need for spraying as the weevils have started destroying the crops.
In the meeting, they told the group members what was found in the garden and advised them to spray their crops. Alex also told them that it is important to plan how they are going to harvest and store their maize and soybean. Alex B told them to begin thinking of the market for their maize and soybean when it is ready.
He asked them to always be present when they are needed to go to their garden to work. He reminded them to give in ideas that can help the garden to give them good yield. The members are working together to see that, they benefit out of their project. They were told not to allow weed to grow but collectively work together to make their garden clean.
Spencer and Joshua thanked the members for working with kibo group and even the projects of garden work, planting mvule and for goats and also that they enjoyed their stay with them and wished them a good time and prayed that God blesses the work of their hands.
