- Harriet had planned to meet the CDO Ivukula Sub county and introduce to him the stove program that she intends to implement in Bulyowa village. Unfortunately she found when the CDo has gone for the council meeting. She asked for his phone contact and called him but his phone was off. She later proceeded to Bulyowa village to meet the Chairperson LC1 and found when he had gone to attend a school meeting where his children study from and also being the chairman of the village it was a requirement for him to attend. Also most people in the village had gone for the meeting which made Harriet’s plan impossible. However she was able to meet with the chairman’s wife and left him with the information. Harriet was also able to get the chair man’s phone number where they will make arrangements for the next meeting.
