- Alex B.and two visitors from USA,Amelia and Hannah led the community to elect the leaders for their group.Alex B . told the community the offices they are to elect were for the chairperson.vice chairperson,secretary,treasury and two mobilizers. He also told them that the Lc1 should be a member on that committee since he is the local leader in the community. The community agreed and was happy to choose their own leaders that will guide them as they plant mvule trees and other projects within the group.It took them time to decide who should be the chairperson for the group since the majority was women.They also thought of balancing leadership within the community.They wanted to select leaders from all the areas of the community where all the members come from. The exercise of the election was like as: 1-Chairperson Margret Waiswa. 2-Vice chairperson Paul Ndimukika. 3-Secretary Kuzaifa Kaveera. 4Treasury Alice Babirye. 5-Mobilizes 1-Fatima Nakyandiba 2-Sam Kagwa. 6-Lc1 Sulaimani Wakudumira . The chairperson elected Margret Waiswa on behalf of the committee thanked the community for electing them in leadership and promised to serve them willingly.She asked them together for the good of their group and community. Amelia and Hannah thanked the people for welcoming them and told them that they are from America but they were in their village to learn what kibo group is doing in their community.r
