Notes
Harriet,Josh and Audrey went to Kigalama to check on the progress of the stove program.she first checked on the stoves which the community had built on their own and found out when two stoves were not properly made. She corrected the mistakes and these mistakes were one stove they had left the banana stems in the hole that brings in oxygen to light fire. She took out the banana stems and explained to the group why it was necessary to take out that banana stem. She told them Incase the hole for oxygen is not created it will hard for the stove to light itself or else some one has to be there to blow fire for the food to cook.one stove they used a very tiny banana stem and when they took out the banana stems the hole for wood was too small because of the small banana that was used.Fortunately the stove had not dried up and Harriet was able to enlarge the hole to be able to accommodate firewood as it cooks food. She did it as she explained to them the mistakes they had done. They were very happy and thanked Harriet for reteaching them despite the mistakes they have always made. The group later built one stove as Harriet guided them to ensure that they do it well.
