Village Notes
This community and the gospel chariot ministry are working together to revive a church of Christ called Bunaibamba that had been inactive for a long time. The village members attended a two day seminar that was aimed at encouraging everyone to love Christ and his church. During the previous Sunday, some community members were able to gather and fellowship together. The community members now say that through Kibo group, God has highly blessed them. This will be the only church in the village.

Notes
During the previous meeting that took place on 27/06/2918, Alex had told the community members to meet the following day and agree together on a middle location that can be put into consideration for the borehole survey when that time comes. This is another important step to avoid a scenario that might arise of every community member wanting to have his/her own location to be surveyed which results into fights/ quarrels of not being satisfied with what the surveyor decides on. This step also helps to avoid individualism and selfishness as this is not a personal borehole. Therefore the whole community is advised to sit together without any Kibo staff available and decide together on a neutral location that can serve all the people in the community. However this does not mean that it’s the only area to be considered for survey, what matters is getting a good water point in the community. A point that is selected by the community is where the water surveyor begins the surveying process before spreading out in the community while comparing notes and deciding on the most outstanding water point to be considered for water drilling. Alex was able to meet the community members and the water user committee and together moved and looked at the area that was selected by the community as the neutral point in the community to be considered for water survey. He reminded the community that Kibo group does not allow to work with people that can not remain calm and peaceful during the water survey process. In most cases, the villages that have not been prepared well tend to misbehave during this process and end up fighting for where water can be drilled. An example here is Budumba village where the government tried to give a borehole but failed because the community was divided and fought for where the borehole was to be drilled. Not until Kibo group came in and reorganized the community before drilling a borehole. Alex will continue to prepare this community until the time of borehole survey to make sure everyone knows what should be done during the borehole survey.
