Notes
Enock and the chairman LC1 walked around checking on the progress of latrine construction, dish racks shower areas, kitchen areas, rubbish pits as well as teaching them on the benefits, standardization of the facilities to improve the sanitation and hygiene of the whole community. There are many good standard latrines already constructed with people using ash inside. They encouraged them to work hard on maintaining the latrine hygiene. An old man Approached Enock appreciating him for the great work Kibo is doing in this village. He continued and said so many people have built Latrines on their own but before when organizations like this came in villages, they used to Arrest them without teaching the importance of all the facilities in the home. There is a lady called Bakita Monica, the husband left her and moved to town so she stays alone with the kids, she has a latrine hole but not well constructed, she said that she is going to sell her goat to get money and construct a strong latrine with cement and bricks. She also said that, she likes the program and she will do her level best to improve on the sanitation of her home. They were also able to see many new good and strong dish racks constructed. In some of the homes which don't have dish racks, they were taught the standard size of the facilities. Homes in the trading center which didn't have the latrines, these homes were met busy digging latrine holes and had reached 10ft deep. The great news is that all the people are understanding the importance, values of all the facilities and are encouraging even their neighbours as the whole community. The greatest joy is when people have all the facilities and are using them effectively to bring change in the lives to of the whole community.

261 In the picture, it's a New latrine. Enock taught them the importance of constructing a good door as well as using many different materials like wood, old iron sheets and more to make a proper door instead of using bag like the one on at the moment.
