Village Notes
Harriet,Jeska and Tape found the members waiting for them at the meeting place. Harriet divided the members into two groups. One group went to Nabirye Cissy while another group went to Nabirye Florence( members that the group had decided to build stoves for) . Kibo staff joined these groups and worked together to stamp the dirt. Then Kibo staff built two demonstration stoves as they explained the whole process to the members. It was very interesting in Kigalama to see men joining the women in the stove program. Two men volunteered to learn how to measure banana stems required for building stoves. They promised to take the lead in this area.
