- Nabikenge waited for the government to help work on the road but failed so they decided to fill all the potholes with dirt. It needs a tractor to do a better job, but at least the road is not too bumpy.

- Bible Lesson 6: Prayer
- Notes
- Ida went to Nabikenge and taught about "Prayer " Ida asked what is prayer?
Margaret senior said that prayer is the conversation between man and God. Ssegonga said that it's reading the Bible.
Nabirye said that those are memorized passages found in prayer books.
Tibeta asked Margaret senior why is it that prayer is for only men? Margaret answered him that the word "man" is a term that combines both men and women.
Ida told them that they were going to see the importance of prayer this week. People who hate others e.g. Co-wives to trust God like Hannah. Hatred can let us down but love can help us reach a common goal leading to Him and we will be forgiven.
Ida asked Nangobi to read from 1 Samuel 2:11,18-21. After the long reading, Ida asked if there were some co-wives in the class. There were three of them.
She thanked them for loving their co-wives because it's not easy. She encouraged them to take Hannah's example, not to believe in witch craft which will again cause problems. Hannah never consulted diviners, never complained nor didn't she ague with Peninah her co-wife.
Let's believe that God will help us in any situation. Hannah never waited to see God act before putting her trust in Him. She first believed God and went away peacefully before God answered her.
